help with pct?

how and when should i start my pct i have been taking 10 mgs of nolva each day i have enough of that to keep going and i also have clomid how should should i take it and how much should i take it's all oral stuff so i dont know how long to wiat to start pct or what i should takle my cyle was 500mgs of teste ew and 400 deca ew and i would also like to know happends during pct ??

OK to keep it simple here is what you need to do.

End the Deca a week before the test. 18 days after the last test shot do this

Day 1-30 Clomid 100mg ED
Day 1-30 Nolvadex 20 mg ED

Remember to continue to eat LOTS of protein during PCT.

You will feel kind of lethargic and maybe a bit depressed when you start PCT but work through it and continue your workouts

will this help keep my gains and i hear that happen on pct is this true like no sex drive or hard on that type of stuff not sure what else
