    sust 250

    hey guys. if I am looking to take 500 mg of sust 250 a week, which is themost efficient way to take it? all in one shot every sunday or 250 once every 4 days? advise would be great please.

    With Sust, I would take it twice a week. There is some prop. (I think 30 mgs.) which is a short ester, so taking it twice a week rather than once will probably be slightly more advantageous.

    1cc Mon. and 1cc Thurs.
    Nolva 10mg/ED

    PCT: Clomid 3weeks after last shot
    Day 1 -3 :100mg ED
    Day 4 -21:50mg ED
