In my opinion you can probly add more size naturally without AAS. You might want to consider reaching your natural potential before using any AAS. You will maximize the effectiveness of your first cycle.
Sounds like you need to have a lot of calories with what you have going, if putting on mass is your goal.
what does your routine and diet look like first of all?

Good progress.
Hit it hard for another 5 months and you'll look even better.
Train hard, eat good, and you can reach 230 without even useing steroids if you do it right and never give up.

right on man, Like i said i've been hittin hard for 4 5 months just going to stay on it see what happens naturally go from there although just started on protein and cr5 about 2 wks ago, i can tell difference since then, being a carpenter doesn't help that takes alot of what i need to gain the mass but i'll update in a couple of weeks with some more pics show the progress

..
I think that came off as disrespectful, which I did not mean it to be. It is probably just how far away the pics are or what not. I just honestly can not tell and I was curious. I commend your efforts and your dedication, so I'm sorry if that came off the wrong way. You look good, in all of the pics there. I'm sure you have better genetics than me, I've trained hard for 5 years and have only got up to a measly 178 after starting out at 120 so be greatful you have better genetics than me
You might want to try Bill Starrs 5x5. http://www.geocities.com/elitemadcow...Linear_5x5.htm
If you go to Elite Fitness dot com and go in the weightlifting section you'll see alot of feedback about it. Most people love it and put on some good gains.
Good luckLast edited by Jayhawk21; 01-01-2006 at 03:55 PM.

Good attitude, Continue to train natural. Don't be like many that start to early and are not prepared and still look small even after a major cycle due to bad training/diet. Get your diet and training down, and once you've been working out right for about a year with everything in place then you can consider juice. If I was you , I wouldn't juice until I was a lean 220lbs +. Thats very achievable for you being 6'3'' to do naturally.

heavier weights, less reps...go as heavy as you can keeping good form for 6-8 reps, no more than about 8 working sets...

You're essential the same height as me. You def need to be 230 at 12% bf before you start any cycles.
Refine your diet, sleep and training to reach your near genetic limits.

If you can handle it here is one of my Bicep workouts... its a once a week workout with 7 days till the next one..
1 Warm up set 50% weight standing straightbar curl nice a slow 40 reps
3 sets heavy seated dumbell curls 12-15 reps
3 sets seated preacher curls 12-15 reps
3 sets standing hammer curls 12-15 reps
3 sets seated hammer strenth heavy to failure
3 sets cable curls 50% weight to failure.
i switch it up and add diffrent exercises but this is one of my routines.
give it a try.. just be ready to be swolen for a week or so.

Its gonna be tough to get thick at 6'3. Im 6'4 and now am 247lbs. When I wear loose clothes I dont look thick at all. My arms are now 17and3/4 and
a friend of mine is 5'10 with 17" arms and they look bigger. You have to get really big with height to look big. Its gonna take time.
