whats up guys, im on 750mgs test e and eq at 400, i take it twice a week, but havent been taking it always at the same time, in the begining i was taking it mon and tues, sometime all on mon , is that affecting results even though they are long esters? what can i do to get on schedule this week, last week i took injections on tue and thursday

getting a schedule together is up to you. we cant help with that.
2 time a week is good. it will help keep blood levels stable. that will help keep sides down. try and do monday/thurs and try to keep the times consistant
