I am starting a Deca Durabolin and Test Cypionate cycle... but I dont know when to take them?
It says they are taken once a week... but can I take them at the same time?
Should I take them with in seconds, minutes, hours, or days of one another?
I need an exact answer, everyone I have asked just sends me in a loop of confusion.

Before answering your Q, need to know how much do you have to start out?

Mix and shoot twice a week. Preferably monday and thurs. Doesn't matter when you shoot, but I like to right before I workout or after shower.

Test 250mg twice a week
Deca 200mg twice a week

The cycle I mentioned above would be equivalent to

500mg/wk of Test
400mg/wk of Deca

I am not tryiing to be a smart ass, but bro you need to be injecting calories and protien in to your body (via the mouth) six times a day for the next two years.

After you have growen natualy and you will with proper diet and rest and consistant training, then think about the possibilities of steroids .

Im actualy pretty muscular allready, the thing is that I burn fat extremely easy... Im about as cut as you can get... and I am super active.
I have had a lot of guys ask me if I am on Roids allready.

I allready purchased the Deca and the Cypionate and have read lots of stuff about it.

My biggest concern now, is the customs ste****g it from me.

Any CANADIANS who can tell me their experiences with this?
