Questions about 8wk D-Bol, Deca, prop + nolva cycle

I am taking 10 shots of Deca 250, prop, and d-bol for the first 3 weeks, I recieved more then enough so I was wondering how much prop I should take for an 8 week cycle?
im going to do:
deca every 6 days
prop every 3 (or should I do it sooner because it is short acting???)
D-bol every day for the first 3 weeks

How much nolvadex should I take? also how often should I take it, and for how many weeks?
this is the first time Ive used nolvadex in a cycle.

how would you recommend I take this cycle??
