Cutting Cycle for someone with high Blood Pressure
Gents,
Would appreciate your thoughts on this cycle.
I've traditionally done big bulking cycles in the past, and therefore don't have much experience with cutting drugs. Decided that at age 36, and with very high B.P., I should probably start thinking more about quality gains, not just mass at any cost.
16 week cycle (112 days)
(inject.)
Test. Prop. 150mg. eod
Eq. 250mg. eod
Masteron 150mg. eod
(oral)
Anavar 50mg. ed
Have been warned-off my using Winstrol or Tren . (which were the first AAS that came to mind when I thought "cutting") due to their sides, especially the raising of B.P. and cholesterol.
Thanks,
BigLittleTim

Het BLT, I know that wasnt the answer you were looking for but if you're genetically prone it's sometimes difficult to work around it. Some want to run Masteron and Var while having a receeding hairline. Some want to take 100mgs of Anadrol when they're back already looks like a pizza. Others want to run certain compounds when its only going to put their health at risk. Steroids aren't exactly suited for everyone.....................

I had my dr put me on BP meds that way I could still run a cycle and not worry about my pressure getting out of control.

How big r u? Dropping BF can really help in controlling BP.. I personally found that mine dropped quite lot after shedding like 40 lbs... I never had high BP though and was sorta suprised to see it drop.. Other option is to go on meds but having high BP for a long time is really not good for u.. It damages arterial walls, kidneys etc etc etc...

And also all the recent info Ive been reading recommend ACE-inhibitors in first-line treatment of high BP (instead of beta blockers and diuretics). I do recommend seeing a real doc though but I think many docs are still rpescribing some meds out of old habit when there is a lot new studies that have come out supporting what I said..

What is your current blood pressure?

I'm sure you have heard this many times - but try your diet - I've talked to several people that have lowered the blood pressure without touching meds (my father for one) - his nutritionist said "get rid of sodium" he did it, and within a few months his BP was normal and everything was fine.
I'm not saying it's the answer for everyone - but when I'm on a cycle I be sure to avoid sodium - it lowers my BP a lot when I don't eat salty foods.

the salt thing works if u r prone to that.. its worth a shot and so is losing BF (unless u r lean).
