Test levels after first injection

I was wondering, what are someones test levels immediately after the first injection of a cycle using a long ester test like Test-E? For example lets say you did a 250mg shot on monday morning, and you did a blood test on Tuesday, would your free test and total test levels be elevated? Also, what about orals, how would orals like dbol , t-bol etc affect test levels if a blood test was taken?

that is a really good question, i unfourtantly have no idea, probably the only way to know for sure would be to get tested the day after your first shot by your doc
