    How do you ingest D-bol?

    I've heard severeal opinions on this over at other boards and would like to know how you guys do it.

    Naposims 5mg pills:

    Do you swallow the pills whole?

    Do you crush with teeth and swallow?

    Just swallow them whole. It's I*'s tabs that are the ones that you need to chew...

    Would there be a difference in absorption to just swallow them whole?
    I mean, if we can save the body some work why not crush them.

    oh yeah, about absorption;
    If I were taking 35mg ED, would it be best to split them up, 1 pill every 2 hours?

    That is part of the logic behind me chewing them. Not sure if it is true wether it helps with absortion or not...

    Splitting them up like that should be fine.
