    Post Planning Help Please!

Hello everyone. I am fairly new and need help with a validating my outlined plan along with my PCT shown below. I realize that this is rather lengthy but I just want to be sure that I am on the right track. My brief profile is:

    Weight: 235lbs
    Height: 6'1
    Age: 29
    Body Fat: 26%
    Cycles: 1st Cycle
    Resting Metabolic Rate: 2333
    Anarobic Threashold: 128
Anticipated Daily Calorie Expenditure: 1600(Resting and GymTime)

Goal: Increase muscle mass by at least 15lbs., while reducing body fat to at least 14%. I realize that this will be a delicate balancing act and would really like your feedback. Thanks Guys!

IMO save your dbol for a future cycle.....results from 20mg/day will be very limited. Enth dose is good. You need to be cautious on how you are cycling your clen and T3. The two together can cause a catabolic effect on your muscle mass. Personally a clean diet and vigorous cardio routine is a much better option. You SHOULD NOT run clomid during your cycle. Clomid should be ran post cycle to regain testicular reproduction and needs be taken daily.

Bro at 26% bodyfat I don't think a cycle would be the best idea, you could have serious lipid profile and or bp problems. I suggest you sort out your training and diet first, and get on the right track for a while, cut some bodyfat etc, and then go on to do a cycle.

Your diet needs work as well, the majority of your protein comes from shakes for example, which is not the best route. Post your diet up in the diet forum and you will get the help you need!
