If he had denied usage this would be great. Get some roid cleanse, and call a lawyer. But usage denotes exposure, and exposure presents the possibility of sales...a very sketchy area.

I don't think it matters if sales were involved. if I told an employer (if I had 1) that I was using meth or heroin..whatever he could fire me...it's against the law

Moral of the story, if you work at a gym as a trainer, don't sell gear.

I agree with Mike, call their bluff. If they're gonna get rid of you, make it cost them some cash for doing so.

you can get a simple test for around 100 bux that will tell if you are on something or not

it wont pinpoint though, to pinpoint its more expensive as there are probally id say at leas 50 things that have to be individually tested...id say youd be around 500 or more for that

the first one would probally be enough though

Had the same thing happen to me. I was working at a gym as a personal trainer and after working there for 7 months they fired me and another guy for suspicion of selling and taking AAS. I told them that i spoke with my lawyer and one week later they hired both of us back due to know proof. I worked there another six months put on about 20 more pounds and quit.

thats insane...i know they dont test up here in the CFL (football league) unless they have a major suspicion, but i was under the impression it costs around 400-500$..either way, you guys had a falling out..they accused you and you admitted to using, there is no going back from there

Well maybe the problem was when they hired you, you were 5'6 and 160lb. w/ a full head of hair......and 3 months later you were weighing in at 320lb. of solid muscle and sweating profusely from your bald head.

Oh well, seriously, sorry about that, I'm sure you will find a better gym to go work for...
    Good Luck!

Now you have learned to deny using gear no matter what, and hopefully other memebers read this thread and realise that they aswell need to deny. Don't tell your friends, family, strangers... don't tell anybody.
