3rd cycle help please!!!

hey bros,

this is my third cycle..well actually my second cuz the first was a noob oral only that did not do much. Ive been lifting for a few year 6% body fat and weigh 169. thinking about doing this

test Prop weeks 1-3
100mg eod
sust 250 weeks 1-10
3xweek for 750mg
deca 300 weeks 1-10
only 1 1/2 shot to equal 450mg (or should I do just 300)
nolvadex
30mg ed weeks 13-17

any help would be appreciated
