Oral AS absorption?

If I'm taking 35mg od D-bol ED, what are the reasons to spread the doses over the entire day then to take it at one shot?

I know the half life is about 3-4 hours and that is the logical reason but would the body react different to 5mg than it would to 35mg in all at once?

i like to take all my orals and fast acting gear all in one dose.
this way i get the benifit of the full streanth,i use the slow acting gear to put constant supplys to the body.

Let me re-phrase:
Would there be a significant anabolic effect on the body by ingesting 5mg throughout the day or 35mg at once?
