If you want to keep the test as low as possible (I don't know why, but some want that) go with a minimum @250mg EW. Stacked with EQ @400-600mg EW.

Ideal would be something like: test @500mg EW and EQ @400mg EW for min 12 weeks total.

Im just looking to take something small for a little strength gain as well as increase hardness. I want to stray from test becuase I have a tendency to bloat extremely bad no matter what test I run.

Unless you are an extremely lucky genetic freak, it's going to impact your natural test. You should at a minimum run a couple hundred mg per week of test.

Yea, for some reason I hold water with test prop too. When i say hold water i mean alot more than most people do with it. I considered winny only, cause i know plenty who have had positive experiances with it but i did some research and im convinced my natural test would drop on it as well.

I would run a minimum of 200 mg. of test per week with the EQ. Most likely your naturals are going to experience a shut down.
