Check out the diet forum for the best advise. You say you've tried everything with diet but I highly doubt that. You need to eat a lot more calories and make sure that they're coming from quality sources. At your size, you have a lot of mass that can easily be put on from proper diet and hard training on it's own without any chemical assistance.

6ft1, 146lbs and cant gain weight. Steroids are not the answer, DIET is. I reckon you are overtraining your body and not eating enough. I find it hard to beleive you are 6ft1 and 146lbs and cant gain weight. Try eating 250g of protein and 450g of carbs a day EVERY DAY and train no more than an hour a day, 4 times a week. Do that for 3 months then tell me you didnt gain weight.

Supplements arent the answer to your problems. Whey protein contains hardly no carbs and no fats so even if u have a 50g of whey thats stll only 250 calories MAXIMUM! So thats 3 shakes a day x by 250 which equals ONLY 750 calories. Someone your weight and height will need at least 3000 calories to grow..........maybe 3500 so you gotta try and find another 2250-2750 calories a day. Creatine wont do shit......maybe add a few lbs of water. As I said DIET is number 1. That means CHICKEN, TUNA, BEEF, EGGS, WEIGHT GAINERS, PASTA, RICE, OATS, POTATOES AND FRUITS AND VEG. And your telling me youve been in this sitation for a decade. A decade ago I was about 80lbs (I was only 10 years old at the time and didnt start training till I was 16 @ 120lbs), now im 215lbs. Wanna know how I grew????????? I ate properly and trained properly.
