    dnp rash?

    hey guys,

    i started a dnp cycle (200mgs/day for 10 days) but only 2 days into it and i developed a rash on my left arm. i stopped the cycle and this has cleared up. the dnp is definately all out of my system, well i hope so considering that was abput 10 days ago!

    would you say it would be advisable to try it again and see if i can tollerate it better?

    also, i found this article quite interesting:

    it basically states that doing 3 or 4 capsules od DNP (about 1000mgs) in one go can be lethel, which i knew or assumed anyway. but considering this is the website of the food standards association in the UK, couldnt that mean that they are stating that the normal dosage per day of 200-600mg could be ok to use?

    im very wary even of the 200mg i hope to run, im pretty nervous about it. does anyone think that death on 200-400mgs per day is possible?

    just to add, i am aware that doses should be split throughout the day so as not to overdose like the finnish bodybuilder it mentions in that article, so just so you all know!

    it seems safe to me at 200-400mgs per day and i no what to do to combat sides etc, but im still wary

    If are allergic to it, ie you developed a rash....it would be in your best intrest not to do another.

    It seems very unlikely that a person who has done their research would die from 200-400mg. As long as you stay hydrated, you should be fine

    i have spent been researching this stuff since november 2004 and have all my bases covered. im more concerned with the rash, it was nothing major, and wasnt a lot of bumps, just small red dots on my arm.

    i know this can be a side effect, and thats why benedryl is reccomnded. should i restart this or not then? i will not be going as high as 400mgs per day

    From doses of 200-400mg you can die from being dehydrated and allergic from the substance.I agree with the other chap,if you had a rash already this is good indication you could be a Candidate.

    For clen you’ll need to take 50 mcgs upon rising, and then take 25mcgs and repeat that same dose again later in the day,(to see if you can tolerate the effects). So you’ll start with 50mcgs, and then repeat a dose of 25 mcgs 2 more times that same day if you can tolerate it (side effects will determine this…hand shaking, sweating, etc…classic stimulant sides). Then you can start increasing the dose gradually. Personally, I wouldn’t work my way up to more than 200mcg/day. 120mcg/day is an average dose. Check your blood pressure if you can. Try for under 140/90, while on clen, just to be safe. If you go over that, lower the dose. You’ll also want to know your body temperature, upon rising, for the week before you start taking your clen, and then monitor it (again, as soon as you wake up) throughout your clen regimen. When it returns to the level it was at before you began taking the clen, you’ll need to start taking your Benadryl(50-100mgs/night) or Ketotifen(forget the dose as I have never used it but I think it was 1-3 mgs), as the decrease in body temperature back to original levels indicates the thermogenic effect is beginning to decline. A good rule of thumb is every 10-14 days take it for a week at night so as not to down regulate your receptors.

    You will want to take taurine(3-5 grams ie 1 teaspoon) while on clen as it protects your cardiac tissue and keep your levels of potassium up to help with cramping(I find the taurine helps in this regard as well).

    Take t3 first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and do cardio.

    Take clen after cardio.

    iv looked into clen and t3, but the cost is a factor! with dnp , people have told me that a rash is a common effect of it, and an anti-histamine will help rid me of the rash.

    any other help would be appreciated, should i start this again or forget it and move on?

    If you want to consider DNP for the cost factor then you are crazy,I would consider Clen and T3 first,save up.DNP is hardcore.It`s unheard, people doing DNP first.
    When DNP is taken, metabolic rates elevate 100-200% in only a few hours. Sounds great, but DNP can be deadly. Since increased energy is dissipated as body heat, too high of a dosage of DNP for to long of a period can actually COOK ORGANS!!!. No joke, I mean medium well done.
    Clenbuterol and ephedrine are fairly easy to chart for effective results by checking body temperature. However, DNP is much different in this sense. When an athlete (Or anyone) used DNP, increased respiration, heart rate, and skin dilation occurred. Thus heat is quickly dissipated. This means that a person using DNP could feel warm but a thermometer can fail to show an increase in body temperature. According to available literature, in most cases a body temperature of near 100 degrees indicate a metabolic rate of about twice normal. It also means that the individual is in the very near the danger zone. This is wholly unnecessary, and it is the low cellular ATP level induced by high dosage DNP use that was most dangerous.

    i understand all about the DNP , 15 months of research havent been in vain! the metabolic thing, i read, is completely overhyped. also, the cooked organs thing is nonsense. i believe that overheating is caused by dehydration, and downing 8 litres of water a day i would be very surprised if i dehydrated.

    If it was me I'd probably try it again. If you do, start taking the Benadryl several days before you begin the DNP , and keep taking it several days after you quit your cycle.

    That's what i said in his other thread...

    Run the anti-histamine tru-out.. and after.. as DNP has a build-up effect.. so it'll be active for some days after the last dose.
