For 16 wks Should I use Nolvadex , and is clomid enough Pct?

10 mg Nolva ED then up it to 20mg during PCT. Clomid do 100mg ED through PCT

Im running test/deca right now and I started 20mg nolva eod right from the start of the cycle... just to be safe....

16 weeks is ok but you might take longer to recover. Also there is point of diminishing return and you might find that you just stop growing way before 16 weeks anyway

Good point Kale, thats why theres people that like 8 week cycles, while the majority like 12. It's up to that person.

16 weeks is to long to be on cycle IMO. The longer you are on, the longer it takes to recover. And most grow will happen in the first fase of the cycle anyway. Your body cant grow for weeks and weeks on end!

I have done test e 16 weeks w/ eq 15 weeks twice. I loved it. I did clomid @ 100mg per day for 30 days, w/20mg nolva and recovered just fine.

In the profiles section it says to do at LEAST 16wks w/deca , and not to run deca w/out test ever??????

So how do you run deca at least 16 wks w/no test? is no sex drive the only thing I would have to worry about? My wife would love that.

i agree with some other comments here, cycles around 12 weeks seem to work the best for me...... because at around week 10 my gains always slow down significantly. Stay on for 10-12 weeks and then take an equal amount of time off, and when you start again you will develop very good gains once again........ i think this is due to how our androgen receptors operate. Plus taking testE for 16wks could lead to other problems like bad acne

I'm doing a 16week of deca and test. with orals throughout the cycle and finnishing with winny.

my pct will be HCG , Clomid, and Nolva + trib/tongkat ali.
