    im taking 50 mcg of t3 soon to be 100 tomorrow.... wats it supposed to feel like?

    Boarder, are you upping the dose b/c you dont "feel" anything or are you on some kind of protocol?

    Thanks for clearing that up Pinn. T3 should not be taken lightly, some think it's supposed to make you feel like when you're on Clen or a thermogenic and keep upping the dose. I just finished up a PM where someone was taking 200mcg ED of T3 b/c they werent "feeling" anything!!! Doses like that can result in irreversible sides.

    Checking your BBT is crucial when on T3. If someone isnt seeing the results they think they should then chances are they are doing something wrong. Upping the dose is not the solution........

    I am takign clen 100mcg a day, soon to be 120 tomorrow, cause to be honest, i dont get the jitters that bad and im gonna do t3 at 100mcg a day my temp is 109... and heart rate is 84... i do cardio twice a day, light cardio in the morning for good cutting and hard cardio (basketball) for a good sweat, i wanna loose 10 pounds, i dont have the cleaniest diet, but its calorie deficient, think ill reach my goals?

    Honestly, if you don't have the "cleanest" diet, why are you f*cking around with thyroid medication?

    You either want to lose fat or lose muscle. One is good one is very bad.

    obviously i wanna loose fat not muscle im 14.8% i wanna be at 8 or 9, just for the 6 pack for summer time... so yea... swolecat... im cleaning my diet as i go... but is that cardio good enough

    cardio seems about right man. Do you do any free weights? Swole is right, get your diet in check if you want to see the gains you are talking about

    thats the question ive been thinking about i know t3 is catabolic, so i wasnt sure if i should be lifting alot... i could always do...
    Am Cardio..
    and then
    Weights in the night and PWO cardio...
    my goal is to look like dexta avatar lol
