gyno question, concerned. please read

i was recently on a test and dbol cylce. only 25mgs a day, and 500cc of test a week. i used nalvadex during the cycle and clomid after the cycle like i was told. during the cycle my nipples were very sensitive, almost pain when touched. ive been off the cycle 6 weeks now and they are still sesitive and it feels like theres a small lump under both nipples. ive never examined them this close before so im not sure if thats normal. but i know they shouldnt be this sensitive. any tips on what i should do to get rid of this? i actually didnt noticed they were still like this untill a few days ago. its starting to worry me since it hasnt gone away. thanks for any help guys.

How much clomid did you use after cycle?

2 weeks after last injection i took one tab a day for 2 weeks. i still have plenty left if i need to start agine or maybe increase the dose.
