newbie terrified NEED help
Hi I have been weight lifting for 5 years very dicipline with workouts and diets.
I think its the time to start with my first cycle but Im terrified, Im really worried about side effects of the drugs.
I also dont know whot to inject myself and Im very scared of what can happen can you please critique my first cycle that my trainer gave me.
Can you please tell me what kind of side effects can I suffer with this type of cycle.
What is the posibility that I can harm my health with this products, whats the risk.

maybe terrified is not the word i was looking for.
Im just worried about the side effects thats all.
I think I got to my natural limits
Im 25 I have put on 30 pounds since I started 5 years ago.
I dont gain anymore, anyhow I do make strenght gains.
I train 5 times a week, try to eat at least 5 times a day.
Im 1.8m tall and weigh 80 kilos

if this is your 1st cycle mate i would advise that you run the test alone for 10-12 weeks at 4-500mg weekly!
has your "trainer" told you to get some anti's just in case you get any gyno symtoms?
has he got you your pct??

Listen to Booz, he da man... i as well would agree with a test only cycle @ 500mg per week.. see how your body reacts, copes and expends the test throughout your training. See what your body tells ya...
