    Ok bro...here's the deal. First thing to do would be go to the top of this forum and read through the "Topics of Discussion" area. When your finished come back and ask that question again...but before you do that, let us know how old you are, how tall, how much you wiegh, how long you've been training, how is your diet and what your goals are. Then maybe we can help you...this is not a flame bro, but that question is WAY TOO vague.

    test gel tastes good

    i use test gel as toothpaste. my receptors are so flooded and shot that i have to eat my juice now. jj again, read through the website, it will probably give you paths to choose, then come and ask wuestions, learn from our experiences, honestly, would you let someone over the internet tell you what veterinarian (make a cow bigger) stuff to cram in your ass? just a thought, spend sometime on the board and get to know the guys/gals good luck bro
