numb shoulder...need help...

so i injected in my left shoulder with a 25g 5/8 inch..while injecting i kept feeling pinch throughout my shoulder when i put the needle all the way in, and sometime while injecting..when i felt this i would pull out and stop injecting for a sec....now its numb...i put a hot rag and massages for a while but it didnt do much. do u think i 1. hit a nerve or 2. injected in fat. im about 13-14% bf right now so i doubt i injected in fat cause i was almost all the way in when i was injecting..

nah, no bleeding when i pulled the needle out a lil juice came out but that always happens...i was thinkin of waitin till tomorow to see how it is but i didnt wanna wake up and there a big growth on my shoulder...

I don't think you went in deep enough; you should have gone at least 1 to 1.5". You probably injected into fat with that bf% and didn't inject IM and that is why it is coming out a bit.

Might have hit a small nerve, Ive had it where my shoulder pulsates, I usually pull out and move a bit.Definitely go with 1" for delts.

Sounds to me like you hit a nerve. You would have to be pretty shallow to go into fat. I would use 1-1.5 inch pins in your delts though.

the numbness has gone down a lil, i've always been good with 5/8 though. i'll try 1'' next time...
