So, California is especially strong on spores that contain no hallucinogenic properties but cut people possessing a pound some slack? That must have been one hell of a lawyer. Sorry to get back to the topic, but at least I'm now an expert in California drup enforcment.

One of my friends just got done doing 4 years for posession (I mean SERIOUS posession).
He's even bigger now than he was when he went in, dspite the fact that they limit you to nautilus machines with little weight and they limit your diet. He did pull ups, pushups, tri ext, etc... all with a spotter standing on him.
He said they sell canned fish in the commencary or something, so that's where he got his protein.

this is one topic i always wanted to address.. if ur going to jail, the only thing they do is calesthitics.. push ups, pull ups, situps, dips, squats, all body weight tension exercises.. u know this is what some ppl dont realize is that these guys look more leaner & bigger because of old fashion exercises. kinda makes u think.. & the food intake is rationed.. i dont get it, how do u get so big & hard... in bold is the answer in mt book.. good luck bro since some ppl on here r being a jerk towards u, i wish u the best...

i was dying to start a thread on this a few weeks back.. makes me wonder too.. maybe a vet can elaborate.. how do they get so huge & hard w/ just enough food to survive daily.. good post daytrader...

Then you can start a workout log...and let us know how the gains are despite being in jail...

sorry for your situation, eat as much protein as you can.. most fed lockups you can get almost anything inside.. even steroids ..
