Summer cycle ready...any suggestions?

Well bro's am ready to start my summer trim down in a few weeks and wanted to know what you guys think? Am 5'8 215lb about 18% bf training about 6 years and about 6 cycles finished. I will be training twice a day..a.m. workout and 30 min cardio..p.m. cardio 1hr ed..want to get down to around 7%-10% bf...Here it goes,plan on posting a progress journal when i start...

Prop 100mg eod 1-8wk
Fina 75mg eod 1-8wk
Winny 50mg ed 8-12wk

PCT 3 days after last prop shot

100mg clomid 4wks
20mg Nolva 4wks
.25mg Rimidez
4 redkat pills
Tongkat ali

Not 100% about pct any advice? heard i could do a nolva only pct 40mg 1-15 20mg 15-30?

No test for week 8-12??

If you want to do nolva only PCT only 20mg is needed, more does not mean better with this drug.

18% bf is pretty high? Id run some Clen or T3 or something and cut the weight

I did not see that,I would not do this cycle at this BF%,would be a waste.First drop 4 % BF,then the cycle.

sounds good..am not sure if am that high in bf just a guess? i think i should post a pic for u guys to see....i think am more like 14-15..I think am going to go today and get it checked out... thanks goose

The worst thing a guy can do is do a cycle with high BF% (not all cases) I have seen it with my own eyes,not great.Sounds like your very close to the ideal 14% BF,just make sure,with diet,cardio and clen -easy for you.

yeah take T3 throughout the cycle at 40-60mcgED

to reach your goal you'll lose 18lbs of fat assuming you make no muscle.
You need to be hitting cardio like a madman.

You can't start PCT 3 days after your last prop injection because you will still be running winny.

I would change the cycle up a little

Prop 100mg ED 1-12wk
Fina 50mg ED 1-10wk
Winny 50mg ed 7-12wk
Vitamin B5 200mg ED 1-12
Nolva 20mg ED 1 - 12 or Letro .5mg ED 1 - 10 (then start nolva 20mg ED in week 10)

Start PCT 3 days after last Prop injection for 30 or more days
Day 1 - 30 100mg CLomid / 20mg Nolva / 200mg B6
