Not from my experience. I did ask tht exact same question when I did a dbol kick start with test e and eq. I kept gaining weight and strength right through stopping dbol.

Sure. While on cycle I always have the house stocked. Make sure I have no long business trips to go on, etc. If you don't keep the calories high enough, your body will start to use the muscle as fuel (catabolism).

Depends on how bad the diet is. Gear only makes the enviroment better. Is this your first cycle? Are you sure your injectables are legitamate? Have you used that company before? Or that source before?

Is it a brand name? Or is it Vet or UGL? Don't name it unless it is a brand name, but how much had you heard about the gear maker before you purchased it? Is it the first time you used this source?

Sounds like it may be bunk.

Are you serious, after making this statement I can't believe you even asked the initial question. I'll stop now, otherwise I'd probably slap you.

Here's a couple threads that you should read, without this information you will not meet your goals.

the reason I only ate 1 or 2 meals is because I was sick, I had no feeling of eating and when i did my stomach would hurt and i felt like throwing up, not because I dont know that info

    Sound like excuses to me.

And if you knew this info then post up a normal days diet and let's start critiquing. Btw, what are your current stats?

I'm not trying to dog on you FoNature, but that is pitiful for growth. Let's break it down.

Maybe 2000 total calories if you're lucky, you will need 3500+ to achieve growth.
I could break down every meal but it has been said 1000 times. So here is my suggestion.

The diet you listed looks like a cutting diet. If you want to grow please check the links I listed above rather than just blowing them off. If not, then be happy with the size you're at because you will lose every bit of weight you gain from this cycle.

Check out this thread as well if you have time, this guy is dedicated and listens to the members here, that's why he will succeed. Check it out.

Hey, your the one starting a thread about being a small little bitch, not me. I gave you critique on what you call a "muscle gaining diet". You should be more open-minded to critique son, you just might learn something. Best of luck to you.
