I hope I do This Right!!!

    Hello all

I'm a newbie to all this and I just wanted to ask a few questions, but I know that in order for you guys to be able to answer me i need to let ya know about me so here it goes!

I'm 31 yrs old 5'5" tall and a former highschool and college wrestler. In my teens and through my early and mid 20's i never had a problem with being able to stack on good muscle size naturally, and i ate everything in sight, worked out furiously 5-6 days a week lifting and a least 45-60 min cardio 3 times a week. Well on my 25th birthday I went out with some of the boys partying, and well I was stupid and drove drunk, got into an accident and left my best freind confined to wheelchair to this day. I however walked away unharmed, but having to deal with this tragedy every day of my life for the past 6 years has taken it's toll on me. I basically quit training and started to eat even more to deal with my depression. I ballooned in weight from 172 lbs to over 267 lbs! At 5'5" tall and 267 lbs I really looked like a freakin bowling ball!!!

Well after the accident my friend wasn't ever able to forgive me (which I wouldn't have either). But about 5 months ago I ran into his parents at a restaurant, and they told me to call him, and gave me his phone number. So i called and he told me that he didn't blame me anymore.

Sorry guys I don't mean to bore you with this story, I have really been working hard for the past 4 months and have dropped down to 205 lbs and 29% b/f. I have noticed that i can't seem to pack on the muscle like i used to. I have really just a couple of questions:

What would be a good first time cycle for me, and should i try to shed the other 25 lbs that i'm trying to lose before my first cycle.

I want to put on about 10-15 lbs of lean muscle and stay about 185-190 lbs.

any advise you guy could give me would be greatly appreciated

sorry to hear about your friend ,when i was about 18 I was also in a drunk driving accident,I wasnt driving but I fractured my spine in two different places, thankfully I can still walk.Allthought it was unfortunate your friend your friend was paralized ,he shouldnt have blamed you in the first place (I had no one to blame but myself) its just as much his fault for getting into the car as it is yours for driving!. If your planning on doing a cycle, definitly loose all the body fat you can first before you cycle any AAS,This website has all the information youll need, the members are also very knowledgable,do more research, remember infomation is key!!

    Thanks guys!

I have been doing all the reading that I can the last month or so, been to alot of forums, and without a doubt this one is the best by far. I will continue to improve my knowledge, I have already learned alot. I hope that I can continue to ask questions and advise without making any of you guys mad (or making me sound like a fool!)

Thanks so much for your input and time
