heart rate on clen??
im at the end of week one of my clen cycle from ar, im doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for a total of 12 weeks. im taking 80mcg a day and im not really getting the shakes that bad but my heart defonitly feels like its beating very fast all the time. i was going to up the dose this coming week to 100 but this is making me a little nervous, is this normal or should i drop my dose??

first time I did clen I ramped up to 180mcg. I personally dont like clen because it doesnt lean me out. 100 is nothing I can do up to 300

idk ive never bought the stuff from AR or any clen that was over the counter ive heard its underdosed. im not saying it is ive just heard over the counter stuff was.
obviously its doing somthing if your heart rate is up..have you checked your temperature? cause anything can make your heart rate increase.

so this is nothing to be worried about, its like this all day for the most part, no other sides really, not shaking that bad, sleeping fine.
should i stay at 80 or go to 100 for week 2?

Don't up your dose if your heart is beating fast! Some people don't get the same side effects. I'm one of those people, I don't get the shakes but I checked my HR regularly and it was getting pretty high.

i honestly dont know how people can do cardio and run clen i feel like im going to die if i try running or riding a bike. but i like my workouts on it i take it easier and dont over do it...also i think heart rate depends on what your lifestyle/personality is like if your anxious it'll be higher depends on what you eat ect.

When I did my clen , I did also
buy myself a BP wrist monitor
to keep tabs on things. I never
went over 120mcg.My HR was
high on it, over 110 @ rest.

I did the benadrly route also, I went
a long time, but monitored everything
along the way, good habit to get into IMO.

ive read mixed reviews about going more then 2 weeks at a time so im not sure, i was set on doing 2 on 2 off but now im wondering if i should do it differently, if i go over the 2 week mark how would u use the benadryl?? and i should obviously keep doing the taurine the whole time?

try the 2 on 2 off at first if
you like, many go that route.
As for the benadryl route,
