iv just started my cycle
im runnin 500mg sustenon a week
25mg dbol daily im gunna thro sum deca into it mid cycle
oh ye 12 week cycle
new 2 steroids so going off fellow gym friends advice

Tell your friend to sign u here b/s hes way off. Reason being a 12 week cycle is nice but if you're throwing in Deca half way thats only 6 weeks worth which is useless.

Did you plan on finishing with the Winny? What did you have lined up for PCT? Dont get offended if you think I"m coming off egotistically, I'm trying to help........

nah its ok man advice n comments are appreciated i was wanting 2 put sum nolva in mid cyle n maybe sum clen aswell but my buddy jst sed waist of time n money he sed throw deca in with the sus 4 better results im just researchin to find out sum more info

6 weeks of deca as stated above is completely useless and a waste of product and money

I told him deca would be OK to add but not for less than 10 weeks IMO as its a waste...shud ov been from day 1 @ 400mg if he was gonna do it, plus first cycle test and dbol would be fine anyway...
