    Juice and the pump

    Do you guys always feel the pump even when your not using? Do you feel it in every muscle? I have only felt it once in my biceps after a few months working out and I would like to get the pump everytime. My muscles will get real tight after a workout but I dont feel the pump. Whats the key to it?

    About 90% of the time I feel a pump, when I', "ON" the pump is sooo great that you feel like your muscles will explode. I don't think you necessarily have to get the "Pump" when your "off" to have a good workout. But it does feel good.

    when i do my biceps after i am done working out i cant even use the cell phone. my arms are so pumped i cant bend my arm to my head. i love it

    best feeling is the "on" pump.. i expirienced it GREATLY with Tbol

    Of course... there are many factors... like proper form and concentration, volume, rest intervals, reps and tempo... but bottomline, you have to get the blood pumpin' and focus all your efforts on the task at hand...

    You may find it funny/weird, but even holding my cellphone gives me pumps and it kinda hurts after five minutes or so, if i don't switch hands..!
    And for the record, i'm not on juice not even hitting my arms at the time it occurs!!

    The drive home from the gym is great as well as difficult to hold on to the wheel, or on leg day, hold the clutch down. Feels like my arms are gonna burn off!

    I think alot of the reason for better pumps while on is increased RBC production, depending on the compound. Also, a rise in BP is not uncommon, which will add to it. (Also depends on AAS used)

    If I want an insane pump I do my sets. rest then grab a low weight and don't stop till a damn tear runs down my face because it hurts so good. Then you will have a killer pump that will last a minute.

    Another way is the good old rep out and drop 10 lbs, lather rinse, repeat until you are using the smallest weight possible.
    It's pretty ridiculous looking when my workout partner, who is 315 lbs is struggling to curl 20 lbs. Come to think of it, I probably look weak too. Anyone paying attention would know how rough that is on you. I usually do this as a finisher, since I can't move my arms afterward.
    Where's the front door?????

    Yeah, thats what I'm talking about. Just can't move. I couldn't open the door for 5 minutes.
