Fat Loss?
I'm gonna try a cytomel , clen , winny stack. If I change my whole routine and go to just cardio and circuit trianing for 6-8 weeks and eat super clean....do you think it's possible to drop 30 lbs of BF? I'm 5'10" 250lbs @ 15% BF right now. Anything else you would add or do differnet? thanks - peace

It's very hard to drop BF only. The unfortunate thing about loosing weight is that you loose muscle as well fat. I have no idea how much you will be able to drop in a certain amount of time as everybody is different.
Just eat clean and cardio for an extended period of time and see what happens. All you can do is try.
If you have any problems with dieting side of things you can always visit the dieting forum. There you will find great info on how to loose weight.

Why not give yourself a 12-16 week peroid keep on training as heavy as you can to maintain muscle and do cardio and adjust your diet to lose bodyfat slowly.

B12 isn't going to do much for bodyfat reduction and adipex is just an appetite suppresant. So basically without working out they're just losing weight from being in a calorie defecit.
