Whats the best part to hit for first time(quad,Glute)

The reason i start this thread is too get some tips and advice about:

how and where to shot for the first time?
where to hit the glute?(upper outside corner of your ass cheek)
is Quad the best place for first time?(easy to reach)
where on this site can i find pictures of proper injections if there r any.

i try lookin up for forum or stickies related to it but couldnt find any.
are there any info or the links or forum regarding the terms such as sciatic or absess.
just try to get some info before a first cycle
any tips or advise will help

Quads are way easier, but some have troubles with them as far as injecting close to nerves..... I have found my sweet spot on my quads so they are cake for me everytime now...

thnx jayhova about the link and thnx guys for the feedback. i guess its like where ever u feel comfortable as some prefer quad over glute and vice-versa.im jus trying to be safer then sorry by gettin some inputs about injecting.
