Natural Growth after AS usage
May one still grow naturally after the use of the juice?

Sure you can. Much of growth is from diet and training. Just beware that once you use AAS it can be hard to go into the gym and maybe not see quite the same results.

Of course you can if your diet and training are good. I have done two cycles and still can see my weight increasing. The muscle mass I'm gaining is less than when I was on juice though.

As long as u do a full pct for recovery I don't see y not... The hardest thing for me off cycle is the loss of strength... it really plays games with your mind.... it's like u have to forget all the numbers u were putting up on cycle or it will drive u nuts....

Of course... just the protein synthesis and anti-catabolic effects aren't the same when you are on...

Sure you can,but gains will be slower.I've been clean for over 2 years now.I still eat right, train heavy and take extra rest days. One thing I've noticed though is that my joints ache more especially my knees and elbows. Can't wait to start juicing again!

as long as you can keep your mind right and stick with the diet and training you'll be fine. i agree with topvega as mind games are the real enemy when training naturally. this is a good thread imo, so many users often surround theirself with the idea that natural growth is nearly impossible and try to "maintain" their gains until the next cycle. get a good mind set and continue to work and diet hard and you'll be suprised with the progress that can be made

no matter how u fight the mental part I still think at certain point it gets pretty hard to grow.. extreme exmaple: if Ronnie would stop using gear do u think he could grow or even maintain.. I do think u can get pretty big and strong naturally but at some point it gets really hatrd no matter how hard u try... I waited pretty long b4 juicing and even with the correct PCT and intense training + diet I seem to start slowly dropping towards what I was if Im off gear.. Im afraid that after lets say 6 years of juicing I will eventually end up like I was b4 when naturally (when I quit).. hope its not true..

If u use Coleman or any pro body builder for that matter as an example, then u r talking about being far beyond your genetic potential.... In my opinion there wld be no way to maintain a " pro body builder" physique without the aid of steroids .... Thankfully most of us are not in that same category, so maintaining your gains and even growing has more to do with calorie intake and training.....

I hate to see the strength losses, but in between the last cycle I switched to a higher rep routine. I felt it gave my body a break<from the heavy weights> plus I didn't see the big strength drop as before, since I was using lighter weights already.

I think it has a lot to do with being past your genetic potential. If you are well past your genetic potential, I think you will slowly start to return to it (natural genetic limit) when you are off.
