keep gains?
I am about to start a cyp cycle, and am being advised by a friend that i'll either want to add deca or winny in order to keep a greater proportion of my gains. How much truth is there to this?

Id say it was BS. Im no pro by any means but, to my knowledge its all in your PCT, and keeping your diet and workout routine going strong.

Im in my 6 week of test cyp only and im very happy(about 25 lbs so far) for me its been all about my diet and workouts and sleep...

not true.....gains are gains(you dont count water as a gain,water weight is a big part of the gain on drugs such as anadrol so you simply take into account of the water weight and whats left is real gains).
pct is what determines how keepable your gains are.(water is unkeepable...but who cares its not real muscle any way!)

Gains are kept by good pct and diet, the new muscle tissue what you build on a course as to be maintained with the required amount of protien/calories then all new muscle gains will be kept, diet is no 1 for keeping gains
