Push the pin through the same hole, I've not yeat had any problems. Of course I only stick the 18 in to my 10ml vials 5 times so this might be part of it.

...Draw with a higher ga. needle...Say a 20ga...If you're using a 50ml vial, it will still get pretty chewed up, but an 18 is just too large...

you can dispose of them and buy news ones.. they are very cheap.. not worth loosing your gear for a few extra bucks on needles.. or you can try what somebody else recommended- sticking through the same hole..

you don't have to exactly draw from that little circle area on the rubber stopper, if you go outside of it you should have plenty of room to draw, I draw about 15 times from a 20ml bottle with no problems.

I use an 18 gauge to draw with and have had this problem in the past. You will get small particles of rubber in the gear. I just try to stay away from them when injecting. I would be willing to bet that at some point in time I have injected a piece of rubber or two, but have never had a problem with it. Probably not the most cautious way to do things, but I tend to just not worry too much about it.

i just use the 23 gauge needle that I inject myself with. It takes a little longer, but easier.

yea but i used 25g to inject so im not gonna use that to draw...so if im going with a bigger needle i might as well use 18 or 20g at least that part doesnt take long

..and it makes for an easer injection when you draw with a separate needle.....I think you'll be satisfied with the 20ga.
