Quick question...
Hey guys...just getting started with the site. I have a few questions if anyone has the time.
I am 36, 5'10" and 178# and have just started to work out again after a very long break. I have been training for the past 2 months (3 days weights and three days cardio) and my muscles have filled back up for the most part but I want faster results. I have been thinking about going with some Dbol but these type of things arent as available to me as it may be for most of the people that are here. I went to GNC the other day and bought some NO and a test booster that I plan to take along with a multi, creatine, protein supplement and possibly some ZMA but I dont know if it's necessary.
Has anyone heard anything about test boosters as far as the effectiveness or the lack there of?
I guess the bottom line is that I want the most results in the shortest time frame...does anyone have some suggestions?

Pass on the test boosters. I worked at GNC and a couple other better places when I was younger. I've gotten so much feedback from a lot of those OTC test boosters and they never give you the results promised. If that's all you have access to then you are limited.

I agree with Jay,
Nothing there will do much for you, so get the multi and the Creatine, along with a complete protein powder.
Visit the Diet Forum and the banner in the top right corner of this page. Start spending time on this board learning and contributing, then eventually (as you become a member of community) GNC will become an after thought and a whole new world will open up.

you can spend a whole lot of money at GNC and not even get the results you where looking for. creatine will work if you drink alot alot alot of water but you will lose most of it once you stop because of water weight. protein is great if you take the right amount for you wieght.

Thanks guys...I think that I got the diet licked. Hard to believe that eating so much helps you drop fat. I have been working on 5-6 meals a day. I spread them out to every two and a half hours. Do you think that they should be three hours apart?
