Hello,

I am looking into taking my first cycle. Wanting to know what is a good fist cycle. I was thinking Deca -Dianaol. The main thing I want to know is when to use a anti-estrogen. Should I use it during my cycle or after? How often should I work out?

why does no one every spend 5 minutes searching the site before asking the same question again and again also if they did this they would relalise no one advocates deca /dbol cycles.
