Flu symptoms from test e

Ok i have a question. Ive read alot of shit over the net, on test prop causing flu like symptoms. Im 3 weeks into a 500mg of test e a week. I went to bed last night feeling fine. A couple hours later i was shivering, sweating, caughing. BAsically down and out. Ive never had the flu. Missed work for the first time in 5 years. I still feel it now. Im pissed cause i lot a day at the gym. Ive eaten like 700 calories, and about 70 grams of protein. Should i drink a big ass calorie drink? I have some weight gain. Or are those just shitty calories?

The shakes will be better than nothing. You could have the test flu. A lot of people get it from test e. I personally have never had it, but hear about it quite frequently on here.

Force feed yourself whatever you can.breaking a diet for a day or 2 will not ruin your cycle.Lots of liquids as well.

Yeah I was a nub and didnt search before I posted. I guess there are alot of people in my boat. It sucks. Ive never been sick for more than 12 hours, basically my whole life. Now all of a sudden I get blindsided.
