Winny?
Hey everyone I'm 19 5'10 170 with a good build and want to take my first cycle. I want to run winny for like 5 weeks. I know I should wait to take Test and other stuff but will this have any bad effects on me since im only 19? I want to gain like 10 pounds of muscle and get ripped the safest way. Can anyone help....Thanks.

the safest way? Well i would say wait untill your atleast 23 and run test as your first cycle

Winny is not great for adding mass imo. Personally I'd only use it to harden up before a comp or photo shoot. You'd be much better off running a cycle with test. What is your cycle experience? 170lbs seems kinda small to be doing cycles imo. I'd wait untill you build a better base.

don't think 5 weeks of winny would = 10 lbs of muscle. I would up your caloric intake to get those 10 lbs...just my $0.02.
