well seeing that sust doesnt really start to kick until far past week 3 i would be worried that alot of your gains are fat/water.if i were you i would do cardio before breakfast 4 times per week for 20min.your gains are too much for 3 weeks take a look at your diet your prob eating too many refined sugars which is making you hold alot of water.as far as arms going numb i also get this from a lack of circulation or lying on my arms cutting of blood supply.
p.s.saying that you havent ever worked out before and are taking steriods allready doesnt make you appear to be all that smart because thats a pretty dumb decision and your body wont be used to either training or drugs so expect to run into lots of probs like this.
p.s how does your body look?!is it softer or bigger and still the same bf%?seeing that you havent worked out before you prob would be making similar gains with or with out drugs.

People react differently to gear if your experiencing good gains from the start go with it and carry on eating and training hard, gain as much as possible, i always do cardio first thing in the morning weather am on a cycle or not, i feel so much better if i do it and healthier.

It would be impossible to work all your upper body in one workout if you was working out correctly, i am totaly exhausted once ive done one major body part plus small body part in the same workout,

You should channel everything and train each body part very intensly 1-2 times a week,

if i were you i would follow the dorian yates method of training(i have trained for 6 years allbe it alot shorter than some of the guys here)and i have tried all the systems that are shown in flex all of which didnt give me much of any thing.the yates method seems to little at first but you really do grow out of the gym rather than in it.em you train your entire upper body every session what about legs?and how many times per week you train?
