Hello Chaps,
Diets fine.Im eating clean all week apart from 1 cheat meal.Getting about 4000-kcals a day approx 400g Pro/300-350g CHO/77-80g fats.Lifting total body workouts 3-4x a week with 2-3 HIIT cardio sessions a week as well.Im eating at maintaince trying to hold onto my LBM gains while hopefully shedding some fat.
Age 28
Height 6.1 ish
Weight 230lbs
BF% at a guess under between 16-20%
Training time 9 months.
Holding most of fat in gut.Always had a problem being lean in this area even when rest of me was skinny.

I agree with the other post's, id concentrate on your training and diet and get a good solid base before considering using AAS, you will respond far better if you have the base to work off, it might not be what you want to hear but its the best advice for you at your stage.

I concur.
There are effective supplements that can assist you in losing bf, employ them before you explore steroids . Aas use at such a high bf is not recommended.

Your all probably right about using AAS, though at my age 28 I cant see the harm in stepping on cycle? after a year or two of training.Test levels start to decline at 25.And frankly for the body I want, theres no way i'd even get close without the use of gear.
Im intrested to know What would be the reasoning against holding off on AAS untill at least 2-3 years of training? Surely AAS with correct diet and training would help me get to my goals faster?Last edited by Doberman; 03-17-2006 at 08:19 AM.

You made solid strides in a short period of time. It shouldn't take you long at all reach the mid-teens. Best wishes.
