What am I doing wrong with my cycle ?
I am now on week #8 of my cycle.
Testosteron Depot (Enanthate ) 500 Mg a week
Deca 400 Mg a week
I gained only 6 pounds out of that cycle, and mostly water retention from Deca
My gear was legit, real stuff, 100 % sure.
If I increase my deca to 600 mg A week a will only gain more water retention.
500 mg of tests seem enough for me.
My diet is very good and I am also training hard as hell 5 times a week.
What am I suppose to expect from that kind of cycle ?

IF your stuff is legit, diet & training in check then the reason maybe your gear is underdosed.

Hmmm... somthing is missing here. Diet is very good, training is hard as hell... and the Gear is 100% legit...
I don't know what to say... how big are you now that you can't grow with nearly ten times normal testosterone levles and nearly twenty times the andrgoen production of an average adult male?
I don't think you need more gear - unless you are already holding a lot of lean body mass. I would check for some digestive or thyroid problems or get some basic blood work done to make usre everything is clicking in your system...
What's your bodyweight and bodyfat at? How long have you been hitting the iron?

From everything that you are stating, I would say there is nothing wrong.......but obviously there is. Give us a rundown of your diet to start and your stats (height, weight, bodyfat).
That will give us a start and then if that checks out we might have to look at your training. The truth is that a lot of people think these things are in check when in reality, they are far from it.

Its hard to pinpoint the problem without seeing your actual diet and training program, i would have to favour that your diet is not spot on other than anything else, The diet is so important to gaining muscle tissue, id take good look around the diet forum it may give you sound pointers.
I cant stress enough how important the diet is when cycling and bodybuilding, it can change the whole body, i wish you well and hope you find out which is causing you problems.

6 lbs in 8 weeks why r u sure that ur stuff is legit but also u can lay out ur diet for us

i wouldnt increase the deca or the test,the problem will lie with your diet because even on no drugs its easy to increase your weight so you must just not be doing some thing quite right in that regard.

if everything else is "good" as you say are you getting enough sleep....if you do not get enough rest you will "not" grow..................

True, besides roids and training (of course), it`s all food and sleep.
3-4 g of protein per kg body weight, sleep at LEAST 8 hours a day

I am 27 years old.
5'7'' 182 pounds. 10 % bodyfat
I think the problem was my diet.
Don't eat enough.

damn, that is alot of protein...for two men
