    liquid var?

    There is a white pasty residue in the bottom....anyone know why?? Also is it ok to refrigerate it??

    but no need to refrigerate it keep it at room temp

    just shake it up before taking it...I have taken some other liquid products andn there will be separation so just shake it up before taking

    Var sometimes will not disolve in certain solvents. Its just your hormone settling at the bottom. Shake well before drawing up your dose.

    Just came out of solution on you. Like the others have said, shake well before you use it. If you were keeping it in the fridge, that may be why it came out of solution on you.

    No i havent kept it in the fridge, I just wanted to because it tastes like hot piss.

    Probably better off keeping it at room temperature even though it does taste like piss.
