bad lat injection....
im on my last 4 days of a 10 week prop course, 100mg injected every day. the site rotation is lats, delts, glutes, so each spot is getting hit every 6 days. never had a problem with injections before. just this minute jabbed my right lat, and after id injected the 1st half millilitre the area started burning, i tried to inject further and it got more intense, so i withrew the needle. now it feels ok-ish, but around the i section area it has swelled up and has formed a lump, which if pressed gives a burning sensation. what have i done here guys? im guessing just hit a nerve. how long should i wait for the lump and pain to go before i get concerned?

It seems you've irritated the injection site/muscle. I dont do Lats. I've heard their are many nerves etc...in the back and avoid them. I also avoid Traps for this reason.
I think you'll be ok, just wait it out.

Anyone got an anatomy chart of all the major nerves in the body? I've looked everywhere with no success...

yes i do my lats by myself, i put my arm in the air and flare my lat, i inject it from the front side if u understand. i can just about reach the area at the moment. yeah should be ok, just thought id ask. im quite liking ED injections, and was thinking of running test suspension on my next course, which would require 2 jabs a day. looks like its time to start hitting chest, quads, and possibly bis and tris also next time

I think there are far too many nerves in the lats for injection and rember the back is made of lots of different muscles. You have to be careful.

Well its a good sign that you are getting it hard to reach your lats. This can only be good........ Growth.
