    whats the best steriod for muscle hardness so they feel hard and pumped all the time????

    Stay under the Iron..

    Working out is the only thing that will keep you pumped...


    Do some more research bro.. Like Stocky said you need low BF% there are steroids that will harden you up.. Take Winny for example. Look it up and do some reading..
