    steroids and ephedra

    i just took my first shot of sus 250 a few days ago and been on dbol 25mg for 4 days. before i worked out today i took a product w/ ephedra and caffeine is that a dangerous combination?

    I don`t think its dangerous, of course it`ll raise your blood pressure even further. Most people use ephedrea to loose weight and roids to increase in weight, though.
    I`d wait until I was done juicing before taking any ephedrea. Just my two cents.

    i took a small dose it was just more of an extra pump kinda thing i took my pulse during workout it was about 180 which kinda got me worried

    Im taking 50 mg ephedra every couple of days, and i am into week 3 of my cycle so far of test e 500mg, so far i havn't had any problems with it so no need to stress, i'm running it for another 3 weeks before i jump on winny. Basiclly if i can take it with an extra muscle in my heart that can put my heart rate up to 230bpm just by sitting, u should b fine!

    I used ephedra on a (too) regular basis for almost 5 years...did numerous cycles in that time and had absolutely no problem. Gains were marginally slower though. I kinda got into a habit of using the stuff but was saved when they banned it almost worldwide...I personally won't use it again as it put a hell of a lot of stress on your heart and it carries the potential to tire you out.

    It works in a circle:

    You take it, have a great workout->following day you are a bit tired so you take it again to have a good workout and to burn the fat->following day you feel the strain even more so you take it again (possibly more because your tolerance level went up)->etc, etc. If you do need to take it I would suggest to take it one day on, one day off...
