    starting cyc in about a week!

    hello guys some of you may have seen my previous post about 2 weeks ago... well im 22 years old at about 175lbs 12% BF... goals are 185-190 at about 10%...im about to start:
    550mg-600mg of Test E for 10-12 weeks
    40mg of DBol per day for the first 4 weeks
    *was told to leave the deca out for first cyc but i may include it next one*
    10mg of nolva per day increased if need be all the way through pct
    and clomid for pct thearapy...
    *this is my first cyc*
    anyways i was wondering wat you guys thought about necessary supps while on and off cyc... i was thinking some R-ala, Milk Thistle ofcourse, some B-12, multi, and some flaxseed oil.... anything you guys could suggest for maximum benefits growth and health let me know please... thankyou

    drop the D-bol, 600 mg/week of Test E is plenty for a 1st cycle already.

    Whole foods and Protien drinks is where most of your money should be spent... more than gear and extra supps

    I would take the dbol . As a matter of fact I would take it all one hour before training and only divide it up on non-training days(trick of the trade, let he who has ears - hear)

    really?!?! i had heard that before but didnt know what to think... also what do you guys think about frontloading the E? since i will be doing mon. thurs. injections... i have been told for the first one since im runnin 600mg a week doing like 500mg the first mon. then 300mg on that thurs. i dunno tho ive got dbol to kickstart that cycle so i dunno if frontloading is necessary what do you guys think? also you guys kno of any sites with good cheap vitamins and liver supps?

    You dont need to frontload. I think the verdict is still out on the effectiveness of that, you can try it if you want but I dont think there is a real difference. As for taking all of the d-bol like 1-2 hours before that gym that is ok, some people do it this way some divide it. Again with this I have tried both and dont find a bit of difference.

    I have to agree with Bino. I too, have tried Splitting dbol and taking it all at once. I didn't notice any difference.

    iight cool so it makes no difference... im getting syked you guys think 20 is feasable on very first gear cycle with this?

    I personally take a good mult-vit pac, saw palmetto for the prostate, NAC for cell recovery, Vit-C 1000mg, red yeast rice to help with cholesterol, echinacea 400mg ed for boosting my immune system, and Flax cap 1000mg for the EFA's. I also talke a good whey protein and try to get in alot of whole foods. I would shoot for 400-500mg/wk ,no more of the test E. Thats all you need for a first cycle. If you want use the dbols. I don't use them anymore, but when i did i would take 5, 5mg pre-workout and the balance post workout. I really don't think it makes a dif thou splitting them. You really don't need an anti-e with this, just so you have nolva on hand, but i guess 10mg wouldn't hurt, lol! I used to get bloat off the dbols, so i would take .25mg of ldex while i was on them, but that was just for the water retension.
