Your billirubin count could be a little higher especially if you are running any hepatotoxic compounds (d-bol, winny etc). Cholesterol may be higher as well. But I think you should always be honest with your doc man, that way they can make a better assessment.

Anyways, even if those values are higher than regular it doesnt explicitly mean you are on steroids . Get the blood work done and be honest is my opinion.

I think this is something everybody who uses AAS should sincerely consider - to tell a doctor everything and then have him/her monitor you. I tell every specialist and doctor I visit everything because they need to know in order to keep you healthy. Your health should always be priority no 1, not to get bigger no matter what your goals are. Trust me it gets easier every time you tell 'em lol... most even respect you for being 100% honest and are willing to help you. If not, find another doctor who will.
Back to the test question - if they don't test for specifics then they will not be able to know that you are on AAS. If they do a liver or hormone test then yes, it will be apparent.

If you don't want to tell him, it's up to you. I would. That way he has knowledge of all the variables before he makes an assessment.
ALso, are you takig orals with the test?
