On test and seeing no gains
I've been on 500mg of Test Enan + 100mg Test Cyp. (Hormone Replacement Therapy dose) along with 400mg of EQ for almost 7 weeks now, and have gained only 2lbs, of which constantly fluctuates +-4lbs... My weight has been steady for the entire cycle and I am beginning to wonder why things arent going ANYWHERE.. I mean, I know the test is working, just based on the rapid increase of facial hair growth, and sky-high libido, etc.. but why isn't the weight/size coming on at all? I am running .25mg ADex e2d in addition, but that dose isnt really enough to cause this.. Ive gained some strength, but what has been gained could have been gained easily without anabolics... Diet is great, HIGH protein (2-2.3g per lb), Moderate Carb (300g), High fat (150g) totaling roughly 4100 cals per day..
BTW this is my first cycle, although I do have plenty experience with the old PHs and such... Basically, I'm getting all the side effects and feelings without the gains, and don't really know why..

hope u are a late boomer.. but u should have seen some water weight gained at least.. Maybe up ur cals even more..

lol that sux, i know several people who are like u and have shyt response to growth. now what concerns me is u should of acquired 10lbs+ of water weight w/in first 5 weeks w/ mod str gains.
test IMO is fairly week as far as str gains go but its still great
heres what i suggest.. stop taking arimidex , and nolva (if u are) and any other AI or Estrogen antagonist and see if gains come on.. U NEED ESTROGEN TO GROW! i assure u of this.

MEal #1: 1c oatmeal
4 egg whites/2 yolk
2tbsp peanut butter
1/2 grapefruit
1c skim milk
1 scoop whey (mixed in oats)
Meal #2: 3/4c oatmeal
2tbsp almond butter
1c strawberries
6oz. chicken
Meal #3: 2/3c brown rice
4oz. avocado
2c broccoli
6oz. turkey cutlets
Meal #4: 1/2 grapefruit
1 ezekiel tortilla
6oz. alaskan cod
2c broccoli
24 almonds
Meal #5: 6oz Chicken
24 almonds
1.5 c broccoli
Meal #6: 6oz. 96% lean beef
2c spinach
1/2 cucumber
3oz. avocado
Meal #7: 1c cottage cheese
2tbsp Peanut Butter
1c green beans
Fish Oil is taken with meals 1, 2, 4, and 6
Sesamin is taken with meals 1, 3, and 7
This is about 400g protein, 300g carbs and 150-160g fat

what are ur stats...me myself im on my first cycle and learned that 500mg doesnt do shit for me...im now finishing cycle with 750mg/wk and i feel alot better...im guessing wieght may have something to do with it..

i am sure you know your stuff. one thing we could be forgetting is sleep. how many hours a night are you getting? stress level? this could play apart as well; however, if this is your first cycle then you should be seeing some weight gains with the amount of gear you are using.

Could be overtraining, but the water weight should be building up by now.
You said it's HRT, right?
Were your nat levels low to begin with?
