True Test of Strength
I read in this magazine this guy said a true test of strength is if you can military press 1 1/2 times your own body weight 10 times. To me this seems rediculous and unachievable. I mean lets say ronnie coleman is 300lbs that means he would have to do 450 10x's no way. Even if you are 200lbs 300 for 10 reps is a shitload of weight. Does any one know of anybody who can do this?

There are people that can do that, be sure of that! Same as there are people that can bench 600 raw etc etc.
Takes a strong mother F'er but they are out there

I think if you can do reps with your body weight you're doing pretty good. Most big guys would STRUGGLE to even do that. When was the last time you saw a guy doing more than 225lb on the military? Doesn't happen, at least not at my gym.

stupid test!
from "nature`s" side, you are a strong example of the human being if you bench you`re own weight. hehe think about how many people in the world who can`t do that.
