Why inject vit b-12?
I know one reason for injecting vit b-12 is cause it's absorbed intramuscularly much more effective than taken orally, but is there really a need? I take vit world "ultra vita man" right now, and it has a lot of b-12 in it. Would injecting b-12 on top of that have any benefits at all, or would it just be overkill?

Probably overkill. B-12 is taken via a shot to bypass the comlex pathway it has to take to get into the body from the intestional tract. Unless you have some reason to think your B-12 deficient???

Only reasons to use inj b-12:
1) B-12 deficient
2) Cutting Juice in the syringe
3) Learning how to inject

I took it to increase appetite and some energy.

I dont think it would be overkill..
I was running it in my prop injections to help ease pain, and then shooting it e2d on top of that. that was for 16 weeks...But, of course, what works for me may not for you....Last edited by goalseeker; 03-31-2006 at 02:53 PM.

I inject 1000mcg's every other day or so. Then take 2400mcgs orally on the days I don't inject due to absorbsion.
Makes me feel hungry and gives me more energy when I am working out extremely hard.
I personally thinks it helps the cycle too due to the protein syth, but could just be in my head.Last edited by Natureboy71; 04-01-2006 at 05:40 PM.
